Team GB Centre Pieces

We partnered with Aura & TeamGB to undertake a bulk manufacturing project for their charity ball. Our task involved producing distinctive Lion models and plinths to serve as centerpiece display pieces for the event. Using advanced manufacturing techniques, we ensured each piece was crafted with precision and high quality. These unique pieces were auctioned off for charity at the TeamGB Charity Ball, adding a memorable and impactful touch to the event while supporting a worthy cause.

Rotary Disc Valve

We undertook an exciting project to design and manufacture rotary valves for Yamaha FS1E engines using PA6 CF material, a material engineered to withstand high heat applications. The utilization of PA6 CF material not only ensured exceptional heat resistance but also provided the strength and durability required for optimal performance. Additionally, the use of this advanced material offered a quicker and more efficient manufacturing process, allowing us to deliver high-quality rotary valves in a timely manner.

Football Player Trophies

We had the pleasure of collaborating with the local football team Willerby Jaguars on a special project to create bespoke player trophies. These unique trophies were designed to recognize outstanding performances by team members, with interchangeable nameplates allowing the winner of the Player of the Match title to have their name displayed on the trophy. Our team meticulously crafted each trophy with attention to detail, incorporating their team logo into our bespoke design to ensure they reflected the spirit and excellence of the team.

YAMAHA Bracket

We had the opportunity to work on a project to produce a mount for the rear reflector of a Yamaha motorcycle, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics. Our task involved designing and manufacturing a custom mount that seamlessly integrated with the motorcycle's design while securely holding the rear reflector in place. Using advanced CAD software and precision machining techniques, we crafted a mount that met the specific requirements of the Yamaha model, ensuring a perfect fit and robust performance. The final mount not only provided a practical solution for mounting the rear reflector but also added a sleek and polished look to the motorcycle's rear end, enhancing its overall appearance on the road.

Harrison Solway Logo

When Website Design experts Arrival approached us to create a variant of a logo for their client, Harrison Solway, to commemorate their partnership with Hull Kingston Rovers, we crafted a design that truly captured the essence of their collaboration. The bold, angular design of the elephant symbolizes strength, stability, and forward momentum—qualities both Harrison Solway and Hull Kingston Rovers share. The incorporation of the rugby ball, subtly placed in the elephant's trunk, adds a personal touch, celebrating the company’s connection to the sport.

Algae Based Business Card Displays

We collaborated with Aura on an innovative project to produce business card takeaway displays using algae-based PLA. Aura tasked us to bolster their manufacturing capabilities, aiming to create environmentally-friendly displays that align with their sustainability goals. This bulk manufacturing job involved utilizing advanced 3D printing technology to craft each display with precision and high quality. The algae-based PLA material not only ensured a reduced environmental footprint but also provided a unique aesthetic. These displays were delivered to Aura, offering a sustainable and visually appealing solution for their business card presentation needs.

Lathe Attachment 

We undertook a fascinating project to enhance the efficiency of lathe operations by designing and manufacturing a custom gauge mount. This innovative solution streamlined the process of touching on a material, significantly improving accuracy and ease of use. Leveraging precision engineering techniques, we created a bespoke design tailored to the specific requirements of the lathe setup. The custom gauge mount not only optimized workflow but also enhanced safety measures, ensuring operators could perform their tasks with precision and confidence.

Wedding Nameplates

We took on a project to produce 100 wedding name plates, adding a personalized touch to our clients' special day. Each name plate was carefully crafted to match the style and theme of the wedding, ensuring they were unique and fitting. Working closely with the bride and groom, we designed custom name plates with their chosen fonts and designs. These name plates served as lovely keepsakes for the couple and their guests, commemorating the happy occasion in a special way.

Football Agency Magnets

We had the privilege of collaborating with a football agency company on an exciting project to create magnets featuring the names of every football team in the English Football League. Our task involved meticulously crafting a comprehensive set of magnets, each showcasing a team's name in a professional and visually appealing manner. Leveraging advanced printing technology and high-quality materials, we ensured that each magnet accurately represented its respective team. These magnets served as a practical and engaging resource for the football agency company, allowing them to easily display and organize team information while staying connected with clients and stakeholders in the football industry.

Harrison Solway Model

Following the success of the logo design, Arrival asked us to take the concept further by turning the logo into custom table centerpieces for Harrison Solway's event, celebrating their partnership with Hull Kingston Rovers. We transformed the bold, angular elephant design into striking 3D-printed centerpieces that carried the same message of strength and unity. Each centerpiece was a three-dimensional representation of the logo, perfectly capturing the spirit of the partnership and creating a cohesive visual experience for the event.
